Strat Planner
Rank Batters
This screen has been designed
to help you spot potential trades that can help you build a better team.
Remember that the rankings are subjective. Regardless there is a point in
the ranking system at which one player is clearly better than another. What
that point is will be determined by the ranking system being used, you're
close observation of your needs and your ability to compare those needs to a
specific player's underlying skill components.
The player's value will be influenced by whether defense is being included
in the equation as well as the park that is being used. A shortstop with the
range of 3 has a lot of defensive baggage to carry when compared to a
shortstop with the range of 1. Similarly that same shortstop with the
defensive range of 1 may not fare as well in a hitter's park if he can't
reach the seats when compared to a slugger with the less refined glove.
This screen is built to accommodate your needs. If you're looking for
someone to hit lefties or someone to hit righties, simply sort on that
column. |
