Game Day - Depth Chart

Reach Game Day through the Teams menu.

Game Day provides help based on your opponent.  Game Day Depth Chart provides a high level overview of how an opponents pitcher affects your team and players.  Specifically you'll see a depth chart of your position players as they are influenced by your opponent's park and pitcher.

When you first enter the Game Day Depth Chart page you won't see players listed, instead a blank field appears because no pitcher has yet been chosen.  You'll see which team will have a depth chart generated, which park is used, the rating system in use and whether defense will be taken into account for the position players.  Defense is ignored for the pitcher Next, begin entering one or several letters in the pitcher's name.  You'll see the system begin to work.     Within a second or so the system returns a list of teams in your league.  Important: Select a pitcher by double-clicking his name or clicking on it once and pressing to Go button. The system will respond by showing a single ratings column per pitcher.  In this example the chosen pitcher was a righty.  Batters ratings versus righties are displayed, but modified from their original values to account for the pitcher.  Your depth chart most likely will change depending on the pitcher and the park.
